Design EXCLUSIVE to cUp! My take on an 'Over the Edge' card. This is an A5 (approx) front which folds in half and due to the protruding element still fits in a C5 envelope. This one has a scene of hills and colourful hot air balloons. Fold where the faint dotted line is, remembering to cut around the balloons before folding. Bright, fresh image suitable for a number of occasions. I have included two layers of decoupage also for you. Instructions are also on the sheet.
